Harvested in July in Sardinia, it’s less purely sweet than other honeys, with notes of toffee and licorice. The eucalyptus trees from which the bees forage are certified organic, meaning there’s nothing to interfere with the wondrous natural process of pollen-gathering that creates this honey. It’s then minimally processed to deliver nothing but pure honey flavor, with no artificial intervention or additives.
