VITALITY JUICE CLEANSE

For optimal results, we created this as a 3 day cleanse.  8am - Green Alchemy (KALE, GREEN APPLE, GINGER, CUCUMBER, LEMON, CHLOROPHYLL) 10am - Orange You Thirsty? (CARROT, SWEET POTATO, NAVEL ORANGE,  FUJI APPLE, GINGER, CINNAMON, VANILLA, NUTMEG)Noon - "OFF-WHITE" (HOUSE-MADE PUMPKIN MYLK, CINNAMON, VANILLA, G+S LOCAL HONEY, VEGAN PROTEIN POWDER)3pm - Spice Me Out (PINEAPPLE, JALAPENO, SPINACH, CILANTRO, GINGER, LIME, CUCUMBER)5pm - Heart Beet (BEETS, GINGER, LEMON, BASIL, GRAPES)7pm - River Noire (ACTIVATED CHARCOAL, MINT, LEMON, ALOE VERA , G+S LOCAL HONEY, BLACK SEED OIL) x3 DIRECTIONS: Replace food with juice or eat VERY clean while cleansing! Drink 7 bottles in 1 day. Most people do not get hungry during the cleanse; however, a great tip is to add a pinch Pink Himalayan sea salt to a cup of water
