SUPER GREENS JUICE CLEANSE

ALL JUICES ARE 12OZ. 8am - Grand Rising (celery + chlorophyll)10am - Green Alchemy (KALE, GREEN APPLE, GINGER, CUCUMBER, LEMON, CHLOROPHYLL) Noon - Spice Me Out (PINEAPPLE, JALAPENO, SPINACH, CILANTRO, GINGER, LIME, CUCUMBER) 3pm - Green Alchemy (KALE, GREEN APPLE, GINGER, CUCUMBER, LEMON, CHLOROPHYLL) 5pm - Grand Rising (celery + chlorophyll) 7pm - River Noire (ACTIVATED CHARCOAL, MINT, LEMON, ALOE VERA , G+S LOCAL HONEY, BLACK SEED OIL) x3 DIRECTIONS: Replace food with juice or eat VERY clean while cleansing! Drink 7 bottles in 1 day. Most people do not get hungry during the cleanse; however, a great tip is to add a pinch Pink Himalayan sea salt to a cup of water with lemon and drink up if you do! FYI, it is normal to have a headache or feel achy the first day of the cleanse and/or after a cleanse. The body is detoxing!
