This takes away some of the stiffness you experience with other grips and makes our grips more comfortable yet stronger from day one.  Buy the correct size and it stays that size. This particular style is specifically for ladies/girls uneven bars and feature a hook & loop (velcro) wrist closure and the palms are the wider "regular" width.
