Squash, Autumn Frost

This specialty butternut has it all--visual appeal, great flavor, and excellent storage capacity. Flavor is similar, if not superior, to a classic butternut. The ribs make it difficult to peel or cut off the skin, so we like to cut this one into wedges and roast it that way.
