1/2 Beef Share (Deposit)

  Buying a beef share is the most economical way to fill your freezer with premium, pasture raised, Oklahoma beef. *This beef share is a pre-order for beef on upcoming butcher dates provided below.  To reserve your share, just place your $500 deposit. Beef hangs 14 days after butcher, then is processed and packaged. Pick up from butcher.  **If desired, delivery fee of $50; please specify in order notes.  Angus beef share is $5.25/LB hanging. Final price determined by final hanging weight. Average side beef hanging weight is 400 lbs. Once item(s) is weighed, customer will receive an invoice for balance due.  *Please note, price is based off of hanging weight and includes processing fees. Final packaged weight received is approximately 60% of hanging weight. The premium, pasture raised, no hormone added beef will be grain finished and dry-aged at least 14 days prior to processing.
