  The Chuck and the Arm Roasts are tender cuts from the shoulder of beef. The Rump and Pikes Peak roast are cut from the bottom round of a beef. Roasts are rich in flavor and excellent to slow cook, braise, cube, and stew.  (avg. 3.50-4 lbs)   *specific roast cut available upon purchase.
