This is the Black Nitride 17-4 Stainless  SuperComp® XL Muzzle Brake. New for 2023 upgraded to 17-4 Stainless with Black Nitride Finish.  It is very tough and deep black with slight satin sheen, unlike Parkerize it does not need regular oiling to be corrosion free .Both Parkerize and Black Nitride look great but it's a matter of personal preference. Parkerize can be shiny or flat depending on how much oil you put on it. Black Nitride does not need oiling and will always have a satin appearance.
