Illimani, a community of coffee-growing families in Caranavi, Bolivia, embodies the deep-rooted coffee culture of the area. This culture, rich in honor and pride for their craft, has produced this remarkable coffee with notes of rich toffee and perfectly dried fruit, all delivered in a coffee that drinks incredibly smooth.
