Grown high in the mountains of Nariño, this lot from La Victoria delivers comforting notes of milk chocolate and salted caramel with a smooth body. Carefully fermented in wood tanks and dried slowly on raised beds, it reflects the precision and care of the smallholder producers who cultivate it  La Victoria is part of the protected indigenous territory of Aponte, where coffee has become a symbol of renewal and resilience.
