Grown by smallholder farmers in the Kochere region and carefully processed at the Rako washing station, this coffee captures the heart of Ethiopia’s rich coffee tradition. The result is a beautifully balanced cup with notes of honey and lemongrass and a smooth, rounded body. Bright, refined, and full of character, this is a remarkable coffee.
