San Pedro Yosotatu is a small community nestled in the Mixteca region of the Tlaxiaco district in Mexico. Situated at elevations ranging from 1700 to 1900 meters above sea level, this vibrant community is renowned for its exceptional coffee production.  The community comprises 40 families and neighbors who work together to produce coffee that is highly sought after year after year. We are delighted to bring this coffee to our roastery, where we can share its extraordinary flavors with you. Expect notes of chocolate ganache and juicy fruit, all delivered with a smooth body that is sure to delight.
