Gabe began cooking professionally during college, cooking at one of my favorite restaurants in the Bay, The Progress, under chefs Stuart Brioza and Nicole Krasinsk. During his time in the kitchens, Gabe began collecting antique spoons and tools on his days off. He pivoted from cooking and returned to school for architecture and design at SCI-Arc, where the idea to merge his professional cooking experience with design thinking came to life. G
