1845 Goat
A hat with history stitched straight into the patch. 1845 marks the founding of the U.S. Naval Academy, where midshipmen learned discipline, duty, and—somewhere along the way—picked up a mischievous four-legged mascot with a taste for trouble. The billy goat became part of the culture, part of the lore, and eventually part of the legend. This cap is our tribute. Designed with Lieutenant Colonel Terrance “TP” Pitts, a longtime Goorin fan currently serving in the Army, and released in partnership with Gold Star Mentors. A portion of proceeds helps support their mission to uplift families who’ve paid the highest price. Built like every Goorin—heavier, better, born to last. Worn by the real ones who know a symbol when they see it. A goat with a story. A hat with a purpose. Pre-order now.
