Senna hebecarpa - Wild Senna

This is a striking upright yellow blooming perennial with attractive foliage. Wild Senna is a versatile perennial with bright yellow flowers blooming July-August that attracts many bees and butterflies.  It can be used to create a hedge, grows up to 6ft tall and its fall leaf colors are very attractive. Its long black pods are appealing to larger birds like wild turkeys.
