  Our signature decadent carrot and fruit cake with the perfect mouthwatering touch of dark Caribbean rum!  Perfect treat or gift for the holiday! This cake features organic carrots and spices, rum-soaked raisins, coconut, walnuts and fruit in a tender spice cake.  After baking we soak the cake with the perfect blend of dark Caribbean rums with hints of vanilla and warm spices. Perfect on it's own or try it topped with our mouthwatering  Spiced Cream Cheese Frosting.
