Nicolas Mariotti Bindi Zinzinu Vermentino

After having studied law in Paris, the pull to return home to his native land and vineyards was too strong to ignore. Nicolas Mariotti Bindi settled in Oletta, Corsica to live the life of a vigneron and winemaker. He celebrated his first vintage in 2007. He manages this 7 hectare estate using organic grape growing and winemaking principles. Vinification is all natural and only limited amounts of SO2 are used with amounts stated on the label.   TastingNotesStone fruit and white flowers on the nose.  The palate is fresh, with white peach and melon notes and a pleasing salinity.
