
It all started with my grandmother (“Grammy”) in 1920, once a year to make her special Peanut Brittle, she used the same spoon, thermometer, pan, yellow scarf in her hair, and of course the marble slab! Small batches were stirred to 300-degrees and she buttered her hands to pull each batch so it wasn't too thick!
