Build your own RZR Windshield for a fraction of the cost.Your choice of Digital DXF file or a 1:1 Printed copy to build a custom windshield for a 2014-2018 Polaris RZR 1000 Turbo. This frame is designed to be built from 1/8 inch thick aluminum sheet. The frame will fit on a piece of 41" wide x 27" high aluminum sheet. A 1/2" hole is programmed into the top center of the frame and this will accommodate any aftermarket power or hand powered wiper.In order to complete this windshield you will also need:1. 1/4" laminated safety glass (any local glass shop can do this)2. 6' edge seal gasket (available at amazon: Trim-Lok Trim Seal with Side Bulb - PVC Plastic Trim with EPDM Rubber Bulb Seal - Fits 1/8" Edge, 3/8" Bulb Seal Diameter, 25' Length)3. 12' Windshield glass gasket (available at amazon: TRIM-LOK - LK1663-25 Trim-Lok EPDM Dense Rubber Window Locking Gasket – Fits 1/4” Glass and 1/8” Panel Edge, 25’ Length – One-Piece Locking System (Inline), Weather Stripping Seal for Stationary Win
