DXF or Print File, Polaris RZR Turbo Windshield Frame (fits 2019-2022 SDR Fastback Shorty Cage)

Build your own Windshield for a fraction of the cost.This sale is for your choice of  digital DXF files or 1:1 Printed Template to build a custom windshield for a 2019-2022 Polaris RZR 1000 Turbo with a SDR Fastback Shorty Cage. This frame is built from 1/8 inch thick aluminum sheet. The frame will fit on a piece of 42" wide x 40" high aluminum sheet. The frame has one bend which varies from 6-8 degrees depending on the fit you desire and is indicated by the green line and there is an indicator mark on both sides of the frame for ease of lining up on a brake.In order to complete this windshield you will also need:1. 1/4" laminated safety glass (any local glass shop can do this)2. 6' edge seal gasket (available at amazon: Trim-Lok Trim Seal with Side Bulb - PVC Plastic Trim with EPDM Rubber Bulb Seal - Fits 1/8" Edge, 3/8" Bulb Seal Diameter, 25' Length)3. 12' Windshield glass gasket (available at amazon: TRIM-LOK - LK1663-25 Trim-Lok EPDM Dense Rubber Window Locking Gasket – Fits 1/4”
