Pink Lady® Apple Tree

The Pink Lady® Apple Tree (Malus domestica ‘Cripps Pink') is becoming well known as the top apple for flavor. Fragrant and sweet, yet delivering crispness and tart too. Beautiful pink apples are blushed with red/pink, opening up to a white flesh that won't turn brown when sliced. Perfect for party platters and salads; make the perfect jelly or preserves! Pink-accented, white flowers in spring are fragrant and long-lasting. The fruit ripens in October/November. Store in a cool place, will last a full 3 months. A perfect choice for first time growers.  Heat tolerant, considered a medium rate grower, with height increases of 13–24" per year. Pollinate with Gala, Granny Smith, Fuji, Yellow Delicious, requiring 500-600 chill hours. For maximum fruit production, plant in full sun, in well drained moist acidic, loamy, rich, sandy, silty loam soils.
