Winter 2025 Collection: Caramallow - Cardamom Marshmallow on a cardamom ganache.  This is like an upgraded cup of hot chocolate. Irish Cream - Bailey's infused white chocolate ganache. Cranberry Orange Almond - Cranberry jelly on a almond and orange praline. Buttered Rum - 2 layers of yum.  buttered rum caramel on a buttered rum ganache. Gingerbread Caramel - All the holiday flavors linger in your mouth after a bit of this soft caramel. Eggnog - white chocolate ganache with nutmeg, and hints of cognac, rum, and amaretto.
