Danelectro '59 Divine - Flame Maple Orange

These new-generation 2020 Divine Dano’s have the same look and sound as the original '59 models. They feature the same lightweight, semi-hollowbody construction, with plywood frames—and this one's dressed for successl, with Electric Orange flame maple top and back. Build quality is superior to the older versions and the easy-playing necks are comfortable and solid, with excellent action. Combined with a U3 intonatable tunable bridge/tailpiece, these new models are much more dependable than their predecessors. The Dano ’59 Divine features the improved NOS+ Lipstick-tube alnico pickups, famous for Danelectro’s distinctive ‘quacky’ tone. They retain the quality of the original pickups in a quieter, punchier form. Controls include 2 stacked volume/tone knobs with 3-position pickup selector switch.
