Step 1: Contact us to begin the customization process and select your tumbler color options. (They frequently change so please contact to select) Step 2: A member of our team will reach out to you within 24-48 hrs of submission (excludes holidays) Step 3: You will provide a high-resolution vetor graphic (SVG File) of the logo or design you want engraved. Step 4: We will send mockups for approval within 48 hours of receiving your image(s). Step 5: Once approved, your order will be processed by our state of the art xTool S1 engraver. Step 6: After your order has been processed you will receive a shipping notification when yourt order is on its way.
