Pictured is a stable along the ancient expanses of the awe inspiring Glencoe. Slate shingled roof sits on the white mortar walls of a traditional crofter's cottage. Fields of grain lead back to a once great mountain that has been toiled by time, erosion and glacial carvings. The architecture collection acknowledges the soul and character of locations displayed through the work of the people that live there, namely through their architectural creations. Architecture tells stories of utility and necessity, as well as frivolity, excess, spoils, and ultimately success, leading to the creation of the gorgeous, weird, intricate, unnecessary, essential or ornate.
