A long, tunic vest made from 1920's French, Art Deco, upholstery-weight metallic textile that would have originally been intended for some seriously chic furniture (a la Maurice Dufrene or Emile-Jacques Ruhlmann) from the period. It's not liquid-y like 20's lamés - it's still soft, but it has a lot fo body, which allows it to keep its shape. Lined in mid-century, blush crepe-backed silk made by Skinner. Completely hand finished. Has a beautiful patina that shines brightly in the sunlight. fits most sizes Measurements (taken laid flat, seam to seam, doubled where necessary)Bust/Chest: 49"Waist: 49"Hip: 49"Shoulder: 23"Overall length: 49” Workroom pieces may show signs of wear, mending, or idiosyncrasies unique to the antique and vintage textiles, trims and findings from which they're crafted.
