2023 Spring Oysters & Friends Subscription

It's Oysters and Friends signup time! This is a monthly subscription service - kinda like a CSA - that runs for six months at time. Each month, we'll ship you a box containing 1-3 dozen oysters (either for grilling , frying, or eating raw) and 2-3 lbs of clams or mussels, plus three "friends," which is a general term we're using for fun items from our beaches, farms, fields, colleagues, and production kitchen. The 2023 Spring Subscription will take you from winter through peak oyster season and on into the first days of summer... join us to see what's blooming on the Peninsula! Highlights of the spring season include Hood Canal Spot Prawns, Douglas-fir tips, sea beans, and the tastiest oysters, sweetest oysters of the year.
