All bookings include a buy-out fee PLUS a minimum number of guests AND minimum spend based on your room and date. Please note: Party Room Buy-Out does NOT include our Casual Craft area and MAY have some overlap with guests using the restrooms and wash area.Whole studio Buy-Outs include the Party Room and Casual Craft spaces.
