Mexican Lime (MEX)

Citrus x aurantiifolia  Key Lime or Mexican Lime gives your potted patio area or yard a tropical feeling and your cocktails a twist. Naturally small, bushy, but fast growing habit with thorns. Small, sweet-tart green to yellow fruits are prized for pie and other culinary or cocktail uses. Fruits ripen 8-9 months after fruit set, with yellow color indicating full ripeness, but can be harvested slightly sooner.  Easy to grow.
