This amethyst necklace is made with a special stone I cut from a large piece of amethyst from Thunder Bay in Canada. The stone has an open crystal cavity! This is a sparkly one for sure. Stones like this are really difficult to cut. It's a domed oval with the open crystal cavity centered and to the left. I made the setting from solid silver (.999 fine and .925 sterling). Like all of our jewelry this piece is handmade by me. The pendant measures 1.3 x .75 in inches. The pictured chain is 20 inches in length.
