This fordite necklace is a unique piece where I used blue resin to add an element of color just below the eye feature where there was a natural void. The stone is a free form which is primarily square shaped. I flared the edges slightly in the middle of each side and ground them flush at the corners for a more unique look. The eye in this piece is really cool and to me looks like it's floating over the water. You can really see the colorful layering in this piece of fordite. It's modern fordite from Ohio that occurred while painting parts for semi trucks. The setting is solid silver 925 sterling and 999 fine silver. The pendant measures about 26 x 21 mm. The included solid silver chain is 20 mm in length.  Fordite is recycled automotive paint sourced from automotive factories as well as manufacturers who paint parts for new vehicles.
