Here's a statement piece in silver and copper featuring a round flat cut Lake Superior Agate. This is an agate we found in Northern Wisconsin. It's an orange and white banded stone with nice color transition that I positioned from left to right in the setting I built for it. The setting is 925 sterling silver with a copper flame ringing the outside edge. I added a nice pattern to the back of this piece and antiqued it (intentionally darkened) to help bring out the depth in the pattern. I made the back with hand forged/formed recycled sterling silver. This is a larger piece but wears comfortably. The chain is 20 inches in length and is solid sterling silver. The pendant measures about 1.46 x 1.42 in inches or is about 28 mm across. The agate is about 19 mm across. This is a piece that will get noticed! Our stones are mirror polished and so there will be reflections in the pictures. We take pictures in direct bright light that simulates what your stone will look like in direct sunlight.
