Cajun Seasoning is derived from the All-In with a burst of spice and Cajun flavors perfectly to top off any crab boil. Cajun Shrimp Skewers Ingredients: - 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined - Hawkeye's Cajun Seasoning Regular or Spicy - 2 tablespoons olive oil and/or butter - Lemon wedges for serving Instructions: Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil and Hawkeye's Cajun Seasoning until well coated. Thread the shrimp onto skewers. If using wooden skewers, make sure they’ve been soaked in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning. Grill the shrimp skewers for 2-3 minutes on each side or until they turn pink and opaque. Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side for a bright, acidic contrast.
