1/2 Cow Share Deposit

When you order half of a cow, you will receive approximately 200 pounds of fresh, grass-fed, grass finished beef that has been processed in our facilities.  All the cuts are individually vacuum packed and frozen. Below is a sample breakdown of what each half cow will include.  The exact number of the individual cuts you receive will vary depend on the size of the animals we are processing.  50 lbs of steaks 50 lbs of roasts 20 lbs of sausage 80 lbs of ground beef A half cow requires approximately 10 cubic feet of freezer space.  Bones and organs are not included in our cowshare program, however, we are happy to add them to your delivery upon request (additional charges apply). Substitutions and/or modifications are very limited and we will do our best to work with you on any request whenever possible.
