Whole Cow Share Deposit

  When you order a whole cow share, you will receive approximately 400 pounds of fresh, grass-fed, grass finished beef that has been processed in our facilities.  All the cuts are individually vacuum packed and frozen. Below is a sample breakdown of what each Whole cowshare will include. The exact number of the individual cuts you receive will vary depend on the size of the animals we are processing.  100 lbs of steaks 100 lbs of roasts 40 lbs of sausage 160 lbs of ground beef A whole requires approximately 30 cubic feet of freezer space.  Bones and organs are not included in our cowshare program, however, we are happy to add them to your delivery upon request (additional charges apply). Substitutions and/or modifications are very limited and we will do our best to work with you on any request whenever possible.
