Jaff Kurd Kilim Khorjin - 2'5 x 5'2

This kilim woven double saddlebag or "Khorjin" was woven by Kurds during the second quarter of the 20th century.  The closure is composed of brown, red, and white slit tapestry with blue and purple braided loops. The back is a simple plain weave with a striped pattern between the bag-faces.
