6-7th Century Coptic Textile Fragment - 1' x 1'3

This Coptic textile was woven in Egypt or the Levant in the 6th century AD.  It features what appear to be two unrelated fragments with a similar palette and age that are displayed together. A nice study piece showcasing the variety of motifs and styles during the period.  In good condition considering its significant age.
