Antique Hamadan Rug - 3'7 x 5'9

This Hamadan rug was handwoven during the second quarter of the twentieth century (1925-1950). It features a beautiful double niche lozenge style indigo ground field filled with glowing red geometric flower motifs reminiscent of anchors. Pops of ivory and olive green in the borders and playful flower imagery help brighten up and frame the piece.
