Small Cheerful Hamadan - 1'10 x 3'

This Hamadan rug was handwoven during the second quarter of the twentieth century (1925-1950). It features a symmetrical herati design field on a red ground and four herati design cornices on an ivory ground. It is framed by a meandering rosette border. In very good condition. With a dense and hearty handle.
