Our 10 lb Variety Pack is our smallest option. This is the perfect place to start when trying out 100% grass-finished beef. This small but mighty box offers a great variety of our beef cuts. We always try to switch up the cuts you get so each box is a little different with a mix of go to staples and quick meal options. Our beef is entirely grass-finished and is raised through regenerative methods in Western Colorado. Consequently, we have achieved the esteemed Audubon "bird-friendly" certification. Our beef is completely free of antibiotics, hormones, or steroids. Our Angus cattle thrive on native ranges and pastures, having access to a variety of forage species while enjoying the liberty to display their natural behaviors.
