Smoked Polish Sausage

These 1 lb. packs include 5 delicious sausage links! Inspired by the rich history of sausage making, and with the help of our processor, we’ve developed a line of sausages including this classic polish-inspired link. Also called Kielbasa, these sausages pair well with fermented or “sour” items like sauerkraut. Our beef is entirely grass-finished and is raised through regenerative methods in Western Colorado. Consequently, we have achieved the esteemed Audubon "bird-friendly" certification. Our beef is completely free of antibiotics, hormones, or steroids. Our Angus cattle thrive on native ranges and pastures, having access to a variety of forage species while enjoying the liberty to display their natural behaviors.
