  Fill Your Freezer with a Half Beef This is the best way to ensure your family eats healthy all year round!  Deposits go toward final price This box includes approximately 240 lbs. of top quality beef and is fully customizable but here is a standard breakdown without customizations. 40% Premium Ground Beef approx 96lbs 35% Savory Cuts (approx 84lbs) ie; Roasts, Tri-Tips, brisket, packages of stew meat/carne- asada /kabob...short ribs etc.  25% Steaks (approx 60lbs) : Sirloin Tips, Top Sirloins, New York Strips, Rib Eyes, T-Bones, Tenderloin, ranchers, top rounds, Round Steak, Flank Steak, Rib Steak etc. You can OPT to keep Porterhouse or New Yorks when doing a 1/2 along with other options!  How it works: You reserve your 1/2 Beef Share today with a $500.00 deposit. We will go out in the pasture and select the healthiest & fattest steer in the herd. On slaughter day or the very next day we will get ahold of you with your hanging weight and send an invoice for final payment
