DRY SCALP TREATMENT Hi-Key Dry Scalp Hair Oil contains Meadowfoam seed oil, which forms a barrier over the skin to protect from external irritants and trap moisture. Our oil will hydrate your scalp and rejuvenate dry, brittle, damaged hair. Use: Apply a generous amount on dry scalp, and wrap hair with a hot towel for approx. 45 minutes. Rinse thoroughly. Repeat 2-3 times a week as needed.
