**Important Parent/ Guardian Info. ** **Please Read** Uniform required & may be purchased through your instructor for $40.00. Instructor will be on campus at 3:00 PM to recieve students after school.. Parent must send note with child giving permission to attend karate class after school. Parent pick up promptly at 4:10 PM. Minimum age requirement is 5 yrs. Class held once a week. Wear comfortable clothing to the first class. Please place the child's name after the first name in billing.  Example  Sarah-student John Doe Ed Franz Elementary First Class Monday, September 9, 2024. Elolf Elementary First Thursday, Class September 12, 2024.
