Wild Violet Jelly - these amazing little flowers make the most delicious jelly! Extremely limited!

Did you know that delicious floral jellies exist? They do, and they're amazing! Delight friends and family with one of our unique jellies! I work like a house elf in the kitchen, every year, to turn delicate, fresh-picked flowers into these delicious jellies! Wild Violet Jelly has notes of raspberries and fruit punch, with a floral twist! Fresh-picked, organically grown wild dark purple violets are steeped into a tea, then a bit of lemon juice and sugar is added to sweeten and round out the flavor.  This jelly is a beautiful pink to pink-purple color, depending on the depth of color of the flowers used in each batch. I was absolutely blown away by how good this jelly is! Completely handmade in artisanal small batches, I start each jelly with simple ingredients, and handcraft every batch. Each glass jar is then carefully filled and waterbath-canned according to US national guidelines to sterilize the glass jar and ensure the jelly remains shelf-stable until it's time to open and enjoy!
