Soon after the Braves moved from Milwaukee to Atlanta in 1966, the team found success, winning the NL West division title. But it wasn’t until the ‘73-‘74 seasons that they really had something to cheer about, when Hank Aaron slugged his way to 714 home runs, breaking Babe Ruth’s record that had stood for 40 years. Since then, the team has claimed twenty-one more division titles, six National League pennants and a pair of World Series championships. "Bravo" indeed! Our Bravos pennant celebrates Hank Aaron’s record-smashing years in Atlanta and takes its design cues from the team’s uniform and color scheme from that era.
