Named for a meat packing company that loaned Curly Lambeau $500 to outfit the team in 1929, the Packers had already won six NFL championships before Vince Lombardi took over the sidelines thirty years later. During Coach Lombardi’s tenure in the 1960s, the Packers racked up three more NFL championships, followed by wins in Super Bowl I and II. Our Pack pennant honors the Lombardi era of gridiron grit in Green Bay, with the team’s iconic yellow and forest green color scheme, and lettering inspired by the Packer wordmark once painted in the end zones of Lambeau Field.
