Nasatum Isopods (Armadillidium nasatum)

Nasatum Isopods for sale! Origins: A. nasatum, the nosy pill woodlouse, is a European-based species that has been introduced to North America. These armor looking pods feature grey and black patterns. They seem to enjoy hiding under rocks, wood, etc. Habitat: They seem to prefer warm temps with occasional misting. Ensure they have their hydration station setup in a corner (moist sphagnum moss). We recommend this species for beginner keepers, arid environments, and snake enclosures.Food: As with most isopod species their main source of diet should be lots of leaf litter and decaying wood. Reproduction: Establish moderately quickly. Restrictions: Due to state permitting requirements, we are not allowed to ship these isopods to Florida, Louisiana.
