Breakdown for the Just the Hits (center cuts and sausage), described below. Each cut is individually portioned, labeled and sealed for your convenience. Just The Hits:  ~5# Boston butt ~2# of Spare Ribs ~6# of center cut chops. Portioned 2 per pack. 3 12oz packs of bacon 2 12oz packs of andouille 3 lbs of chorizo sausage. 16oz portions 6 lbs of breakfast sausage. 16oz portions.  Total of 11 lbs of sausage/ ground pork, can request any mix of these in the message section at checkout and we will accommodate!  Requires 1.6 cubic feet of freezer space. Flexible pick up scheduling.
