THE WHOLE HOG IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR SHIPPING: PICK UP AT FARM ONLY!  We offer 2 breakdown options for each share: Just The Hits (more center cuts, bacon, and sausage) is described below. Each cut is individually portioned, labeled and sealed for your convenience.  Included in the "Just the Hits" Whole Hog Breakdown: ~20 lbs Boston Butts (4 5lb butts) ~8# Spare Ribs (2 racks per pack) ~24# Center Cut Chops (2 per pack) -12 12oz packs of Bacon  - 8 12oz packs of andouille  - 8 lbs of Ground Pork. 16oz pack - 12 lbs of Chorizo sausage. 16oz pack - 16 lbs of Breakfast sausage. 16oz pack ~6 lbs of pork bones for stocks and broth. 3 lb packs 36 lbs of sausage/ ground pork total. Customer can specify specific quantities of each desired in the message section at checkout!  Requires ~6.5 cubic feet of freezer space. Flexible pick up scheduling.
